We struggled to come out with energy on both ends of the floor. Offensively, we were hesitant and passive, which limited our opportunities. Defensively, we lacked intensity and allowed the other team to get comfortable early. Despite that, we held a small 3–2 lead at the end of the first quarter. However, our offensive struggles became more apparent in the second quarter. We attempted just six total shots in the entire first half, which made it difficult to establish any rhythm. With limited scoring opportunities and only three players putting points on the board for the game, we went into halftime trailing 13–5. In the second half, our lack of defensive consistency and offensive aggression continued. We struggled to generate stops and allowed too many easy looks, while still not creating enough shot attempts on our end. When we don’t defend with urgency and don’t look to attack offensively, it’s tough to stay competitive. The final score was 26–13. Scoring for the Lady Falcons: Jayden Karling - 7pts Kendall Egger - 4pts Avery Thomas - 2pts
