The Lady Falcons showed resilience and heart in a hard-fought 25–20 victory over Tippy Valley. We came out a little flat to start the game, and Tippy Valley capitalized early, taking a 10–8 lead into halftime. Despite the slow start, our girls never stopped battling. The message at halftime was simple — increase the energy, trust each other, and play Lady Falcon basketball. The response in the third quarter was exactly what we needed. As a team, we exploded for 10 points, turning defense into offense and reclaiming the momentum. By the end of the quarter, we had fought our way back to take a one-point lead. In the fourth quarter, we stayed composed and finished the job. Strong defensive stops, smart possessions, and unselfish play sealed the win. A huge spark came from Leah Brackett, who stepped up off the bench and made an immediate impact on both ends of the floor. Her energy, defensive intensity, and offensive contributions helped shift the momentum and ignite the team when we needed it most. It wasn’t our sharpest start, but it was a complete team effort and a great example of perseverance. The Lady Falcons kept fighting, took control when it mattered most, and earned a well-deserved victory. Scoring for the Lady Falcons: Leah Brackett (7pts) Jayden Karling (6pts) Emma Galvez (4pts) Kendall Egger, Kimberly Pearish, Grace Turner & Chloe Strang (2pts each)
