The Lady Falcons came out strong and set the tone early, jumping out to a 13-6 lead by the end of the first quarter. Our defensive intensity and execution on offense gave us control from the start. In the second quarter, Elkhart Christian responded with a strong push, tightening up defensively and finding their rhythm on offense. By halftime, our lead had been trimmed to just one point, 15-14. The second half was a battle from start to finish. Elkhart Christian managed to take a three-point lead midway through, but our team showed resilience and composure. We answered back with key stops and timely buckets to regain the advantage. Clinging to a three-point lead with under a minute to play, we stayed poised under pressure. Knocking down crucial free throws in the closing moments sealed the deal and secured a hard-fought 29-24 victory. A total team effort and a great display of toughness when it mattered most.
