Urey 8th Grade varsity vs Westville School (43 - 5) Win Urey 8th (varsity) basketball team playing in front of the home crown for the first time this season. The Falcons didn’t disappoint by setting the tone defensively from the tip-off . Defense turned to offense quickly. The Falcons had 6 players scoring in the 1st quarter putting up a 15-3 lead after 1 quarter. Urey lead at the half 21-5. The 2nd half the Falcon maintained a stingy defense to keep Westville on their heels with a 10-0 3rd quarter run. . Urey scored 12 pts in the fourth quarter to hold Westville scoreless in the 2nd half. Urey cruised to a 43-5 win! The Falcons had 7 players in the scoring column with a balanced team win! The Falcons face the Bremen lions Saturday in the Goshen shootout. GO FALCONS!
