JH Boys Basketball hosted cross town rival, Mississinawa Valley Thursday evening. MV 44, UC 32. The game was closely contested the first 3 quarters with each team having their runs. At the end of 3, UC was down 4. The 4th quarter, the Indians went cold from the field, but continued to play hard defensively. The Indians were led by Tayson Barbour with 11 points followed by Dylan Shinaver with 8. Keegan Cooper added 7 points. Cale Holt added 4 points and continues to lead the team with rebounds and blocked shots. Jadden Lopez-Forsythe added a pair of free throws and demonstrates the value of hardwork with extraordinary effort. Liam Conley played well with multiple deflections. Jose Jimenez-Ulloa and Landon Crabtree are great teammates that make a positive impact. Next game for the Indians is Saturday at home.
