The Lady Indians defeated the Southern Wells Raiders 67-51. After being tied at halftime the Indians came out ready to go and out rebounded the Raiders 20-7 and outscored them 35-19 in the final two quarters. The Indians took care of the basketball and made smart decisions in the final few minutes. Lulu had 26 for the Indians, Black 14 and Ordonez hit some big 3's for the Indians and finished with 13. The Indians played team basketball having 15 assists and 13 steals. They move to 2-0 on the season and will play at Randolph Southern on Wednesday. The JV was tied with the Raiders at half but couldn't hold out falling 23-32. Mote and Evans each had 6 and Evans had 9 rebounds. They move to 0-2 and will also be in action on Wednesday with a 6PM tip at Randolph Southern.
