BOURBON - The Triton Athletic Department is excited to announce the hiring of JD Feaster as the next Girls Varsity Basketball Coach. Feaster brings 18 years of coaching experience at various levels to the Lady Trojans program. A graduate of Rensselaer Central High School and Indiana State University, Feaster has built a strong coaching background that includes serving as a head coach at Faith Christian from 2013-2014, an assistant basketball coach at Lafayette Jefferson High School, and an AAU head coach for Indiana Elite Ice. “We are excited to have JD join the Triton Community and lead our Girls Basketball Program,” Triton Athletic Director Rodney Younis said. “His years of experience, passion to impact our student-athletes, and his player development track record made him a great choice.” Feaster and his wife, Carrie, have four children: Caleb, 24; Jakob, 18; Toby, 16; and Tinley, 14. Feaster is expected to be approved as Triton’s Head Girls Basketball Coach at the next school board meeting on July 13.
