ROCHESTER — Triton turned in a strong conference showing Saturday, finishing third at the 2026 Hoosier North Athletic Conference Boys Golf Championship at Round Barn Golf Course in Rochester. The Trojans posted a team score of 383, finishing behind conference champion Pioneer and runner-up North Miami. Pioneer claimed the HNAC title with a 333, while North Miami was second with a 356. Triton edged North Judson-San Pierre by one stroke for third place, as the Blue Jays finished fourth with a 384. Gavin Riffle led Triton with an 86, giving the Trojans their low round of the day. Landon Patrick added a 96, while Darrin King carded a 100 and Owen Waymouth shot a 101 to round out Triton’s team score. Charlie Worsham also competed for the Trojans and finished with a 122. Pioneer’s Ivan Reyes was the low individual golfer of the tournament with a 77. Caston’s Owen Chapman followed with a 79, while Pioneer’s Brady Price shot an 83. The third-place finish gave Triton one of the top team performances in the conference field and capped the HNAC tournament with a solid team effort from the Trojan lineup. TEAM STANDINGS 1.
