MISHAWAKA — Drew Bingamon helped lead Triton on both sides of the ball Friday night as the Trojans earned a 7-0 road win over Mishawaka Marian. Triton used a pair of big early innings to take control, scoring three runs in the second and three more in the third before adding one final run in the seventh. The Trojans finished with 12 hits and played error-free defensively. Bingamon earned the win on the mound, throwing 6.1 shutout innings while allowing seven hits, four walks and striking out five. Levi McFarland came on to record the final two outs, allowing no hits and keeping the Knights off the scoreboard. Bingamon also powered the offense, going 3-for-4 with a triple, a run scored and an RBI. Braxton Kaufman added a 3-for-4 night with a run scored, while Max Johnson went 2-for-4 with a triple, a run and an RBI. Jadyn Prater finished 2-for-4 with a double, a run and an RBI.
