BREMEN — Bremen scored in all four offensive innings Wednesday night, using seven hits and 12 walks to defeat Triton 12-2 in five innings at Pfeiffer Field. The Lady Lions plated four runs in the first, two in the second, three in the third and three more in the fourth. Triton scored single runs in the second and fourth innings. Clara Doll and Lexi Kaufman recorded Triton’s two hits. Doll drove in a run, while Kensie Schuh also added an RBI. Kaufman, Jada Bules and Kaitlyn Frick each stole a base for the Trojans. Maycee Grubbs led Bremen with two hits, including a triple, while Isabella Calentine added two singles. Eliana Grubbs, Lili Cullen and Makenzie Shumaker also had hits for the Lady Lions. Shumaker doubled and drove in two runs. Lexi Mammon started in the circle for Bremen, while Grubbs finished the final three innings. Triton’s Emma Hernandez and Mallory Singleton handled pitching duties for the Trojans.
