PLYMOUTH — Triton's Varsity Girls competed in a double dual meet at Plymouth High School on Friday, April 10, taking on both Plymouth and Oregon-Davis. Host Pilgrims proved to be the dominant squad on the night, using strong depth and multiple event wins to sweep the meet. Plymouth set the tone early in the sprint events behind Alana Allen, who won both the 100-meter dash (12.54) and 200-meter dash (26.85). Teammate Hayden Shipley added a pair of runner-up finishes to help Plymouth control the short sprints. The Pilgrims continued their success in the middle-distance races, with Ryleigh Schadek winning the 400 meters (1:03.95).
