Tuesday, December 16, 2025 ELKHART, Ind. — Triton’s JV Girls faced a tough road challenge Tuesday night, falling to Jimtown 22–15 in a shortened two-quarter contest. The Lady Trojans struggled to find their rhythm offensively, shooting 20 percent from the field throughout the half game. Despite the scoring difficulties, Triton remained competitive through both frames, matching their first-quarter output with another 7 points in the second before time expired on the abbreviated game. Freshman forward Addalyn Bailey led the Triton scoring effort with 7 points, accounting for the team's lone three-pointer of the night. Sophomore guard Tatum Hudson and freshman forward Avery Faulkner each added 2 points. Faulkner also pulled down a team-high 4 rebounds to lead the Trojans on the glass. Senior guard Beatriz Blanco contributed 3 points, including a perfect 1-for-1 performance from the free-throw line. Freshman guard McKenna Emenaker also saw significant action, logging 12 minutes in the defensive effort. Jimtown was powered by Jordyn Williams, who scored 9 points and grabbed 4 rebounds off the bench. McKenzie Verhoeve added 6 points for the Jimmies, who shot an efficient 42.9 percent from the floor to maintain their lead. The Jimmies' advantage was built primarily in the paint, where they outscored the Trojans 12–8, and through their bench depth, which contributed 9 points to Triton's 3. • JIMTOWN 22, TRITON 15 At Jerry Cook Court TRITON: Addalyn Bailey 3 0-0 7, Beatriz Blanco 1 1-1 3, Tatum Hudson 1 0-0 2, Avery Faulkner 1 1-2 2, McKenna Emenaker 0 0-0 1*, Audrey Borsa 0 0-0 0, Natalie Mevis 0 0-0 0, Jada Bules 0 0-0 0.
