Wednesday, December 10, 2025 NORTH MANCHESTER — Triton’s JV girls nearly erased a double-digit deficit Wednesday night, mounting a determined second-half charge before ultimately falling 28–22 to Manchester in a physical road matchup at The Jungle. The Trojans struggled to get going early, hitting just 1 of 17 shots in the first half and trailing 17–5 at the break. But Triton refused to fold. Freshman forward Addalyn Bailey ignited the comeback with a powerful third quarter, finishing with 11 points and 8 rebounds while battling through constant defensive pressure. Triton outscored Manchester 17–11 in the second half, fueled by stronger rebounding and a defensive effort that held the Squires to just four made field goals after halftime. Sophomore guard Tatum Hudson added 7 points, including Triton’s only made three-pointer of the night, while McKenna Emenaker chipped in 3 points, 7 rebounds, and steady perimeter defense. Manchester did most of its offensive damage at the free-throw line, going 7-for-21, and spread scoring among several contributors. Lacy Trump led the Squires with 6 points, while Ely Mobley and Shiann Owens each added 4.
