Tuesday, December 2, 2025 BOURBON, Ind. — Triton’s JV boys weathered an early push from Plymouth and used a physical second-half surge to secure a 43–32 home victory Tuesday night in front of a healthy Triton crowd. The Trojans trailed 6–4 after the opening quarter but responded with a strong 15-point second period to take a 19–13 halftime lead. From there, Triton controlled the tempo with disciplined defense and timely rebounding, especially on the offensive glass, where they grabbed 8 offensive boards and turned them into 10 second-chance points. Max Johnson led the way with a dominant interior performance, scoring 16 points on 7-of-9 shooting and pulling down 12 rebounds for a double-double. Jaidyn Arnett added 10 points and 9 rebounds in a do-it-all effort, while Justice Hensley chipped in 8, including 2 three-pointers. Triton held Plymouth to just 1-of-12 from beyond the arc and forced 13 turnovers—key numbers that helped the Trojans withstand a third-quarter surge by the Pilgrims. Triton’s defensive stops and poise in the half court allowed them to outscore Plymouth 12–5 in the fourth to close out the game. Plymouth was led by Adan Macias with 11 points. The Trojans improve to 2-0 before hosting NorthWood on Friday. • TRITON 43, PLYMOUTH 32 At Triton TRITON: Justice Hensley 3 0-0 8, Blayze Hensley 1 3-6 6, Levi McFarland 0 0-0 0, Tyler Painton 1 0-0 2, Jaidyn Arnett 4 0-0 10, Max Johnson 7 2-5 16, Colton Large 0 1-2 1.
