In varsity action, the Tigers fought hard but came up short, falling 4-1 to the visiting Braves. With the loss, Triton Central’s varsity record drops to 0-4-1 overall and 0-1 in the Hoosier Legends Conference (HLC). The junior varsity squad, however, delivered a strong performance, shutting out Indian Creek 4-0. Goals came from a balanced attack with Lucas Kramer, Beau Nentrup, Nathan Ramsey, and Andrew Berry each finding the back of the net. The JV Tigers improved their record to 1-1-1 (1-0 HLC) on the season. Both teams return to action tonight with a road test at Speedway. The JV match is set to kick off at 6 PM, followed by the varsity matchup at 7:30 PM.
