TC BOYS SOCCER FALLS SHORT VS PROVIDENCE CRISTO REY. The Triton Central boys soccer team suffered a narrow 2-1 loss to Providence Cristo Rey Wednesday night at home. The Tigers battled throughout the match and found the back of the net once, but Providence Cristo Rey's two goals proved to be the difference as TC came up just short. With the loss, Triton Central falls to 2-7-1 on the season. The Triton Central JV squad also took the field Wednesday night, falling to Providence Cristo Rey 2-0. The loss moves the JV Tigers to 1-5 on the year. Triton Central will have a quick turnaround as the Tigers return to action Thursday night when they host Hauser. The match is scheduled to begin at 5:30 PM.
