TC GIRLS SOCCER BEATS MONROVIA. The Triton Central girls soccer team picked up an important Hoosier Legends Conference road victory Wednesday night, defeating Monrovia 2-1. Sophomore Maddie Burnett provided all of the Tigers' offense, scoring both goals to lead Triton Central to its fourth win of the season. The Tigers' defense held strong against the Bulldogs, allowing just one goal as TC secured the 2-1 victory and another conference win. With the victory, Triton Central improves to 4-3 overall and 3-1 in HLC play on the season. The Tigers will return to action next Thursday night when they travel to Warren Central. The JV match is scheduled for 5:30 PM, with the varsity match to follow.
