TC BOYS SOCCER FALLS TO BEECH GROVE. The Triton Central boys soccer team battled Beech Grove in a defensive battle Thursday night, ultimately falling 1-0 on the road. The Tigers and Hornets kept the match close throughout the night, with Beech Grove's lone goal proving to be the difference. Triton Central was unable to find the equalizer despite its efforts, dropping a hard-fought Hoosier Legends Conference matchup. With the loss, TC falls to 1-3-1 overall and 1-1 in the Hoosier Legends Conference on the season. The Triton Central JV team also battled Beech Grove in a low-scoring contest, falling 1-0. The JV Tigers are now 1-3 overall and 1-1 in HLC play. Triton Central will look to bounce back Saturday when the Tigers travel to Trinity Lutheran for a 10 AM kickoff.
