TC BOYS TENNIS BEATS SOUTHWESTERN. Triton Central boys tennis continued its impressive start to the 2026 season Thursday night, traveling to Southwestern and returning home with a 5-0 sweep. The victory moves the Tigers to 6-1 on the season. Triton Central controlled the match from start to finish, earning victories across all five varsity positions. At No. 1 singles, Brayden Hoover defeated Southwestern's Brinnyn Moss, 6-1, 6-0. Bradyn Robinson followed with another dominant performance at No. 2 singles, shutting out Liam Tsukono, 6-0, 6-0. The Tigers' No. 3 singles point went to Drayton Kermode by walkover. Triton Central was equally strong in doubles play. At No. 1 doubles, Colton Ayres and Graham Gast cruised past Kentley Gosser and Ryder Scott, 6-0, 6-0. At No. 2 doubles, Owen Rice and Cash Eck completed the sweep with a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Jesse Wilkens and Gavin Shuppert. The Tigers have now won three consecutive matches and continue to build momentum as they move deeper into Hoosier Legends Conference play. Triton Central will return to action Monday, traveling to Tri-West for another HLC matchup. The match is scheduled to begin at 5:30 PM.
