On Tuesday night, both the JV and Varsity girls basketball teams traveled to Norwell for a tough matchup. Despite their efforts, Valley came up short in both contests. In the Varsity game, Malaynie Costello led Valley with 6 points. Despite efforts, Valley fell to a strong Norwell team: Norwell Varsity: 67 Valley Varsity: 14 In the JV contest, Valley showed moments of promise but ultimately came up short: Norwell JV: 53 Valley JV: 27 Both teams will look to bounce back and build on the experience as the season progresses.
