The Tecumseh volleyball team got off to a fast start to begin their 2026 campaign with a three-match sweep of Carlton Airport, Grass Lake and Adrian Madison, as they hosted the Tecumseh Super Quad tournament on Wednesday night at Tecumseh. The Indians opened with a sweep of Carlton Airport 25-10, 25-17, followed by and exciting match with Grass Lake in which Tecumseh won the opening set 25-17 before the Warriors rebounded to take set number two 23-25. The Indians were not to be denied, however, prevailing 25-21 to win the match. In the final matchup of the evening the Indians won the first set over Madison by a narrow 25-23 count and finished off the Trojans in set two 25-16 for the win. The Indians next action will be this Friday August 21 at Roscommon starting at 9:00am.
