Viking Clash Tournament – Official Recap What an incredible day for our Viking bowling family at this year’s Viking Clash Tournament. We want to begin by thanking our student-athletes, who competed with heart, determination, and true Viking pride from the first frame to the last. Your energy, sportsmanship, and passion made this event unforgettable. A huge thank-you also goes out to our parents and volunteers, whose time, support, and hands-on help kept the tournament running smoothly. And to our amazing Booster Club, none of this would be possible without your commitment and hard work in organizing and putting this entire event together. We are grateful for everything you do for our program. We are incredibly proud to congratulate our Varsity Boys, who claimed a strong finish led by senior captain Sam Rodgers. Sam turned in an outstanding performance with a 711 three-game series, highlighted by his perfect 300 game, a moment that electrified the entire building and showcased his leadership and skill. Our Varsity Girls also delivered an impressive performance, earning 2nd place, led by Emily Hill, who posted a stellar 572 three-game series. Emily’s consistency and focus anchored the team all day and exemplified what Viking bowling is all about. We also want to give a very special recognition to our JV Boys and Girls teams, who showed tremendous heart, teamwork, and leadership throughout the Viking Clash Tournament. Our JV athletes stepped onto the lanes with focus, pride, and determination, and they represented our program in a way that truly embodies what it means to be a Viking. To our JV bowlers: thank you for the way you supported one another, encouraged your teammates, and especially for the leadership you showed to our first year players. Your patience, positivity, and willingness to guide and teach made a huge impact, more than you may even realize. To all our athletes, the coaching staff could not be prouder. You showed up, competed fearlessly, supported one another, and represented our school with pride. And the best part? This is just the beginning. If yesterday is any indication, we are headed for a truly amazing and magical season. Go Vikings! 🛡️🎳
