For the first time this season, the Southwood Knights have won consecutive games, beating the Eastbrook Panthers at The Castle on Senior Knight. The Panthers came out on fire, hitting their first four shots, taking an early 7-0 lead. The Knights were able to get things going and end up leading after one 19-18. Southwood was able to extend their lead to 44-35 at the break. In the third, senior Caleb Wyatt was on fire, hitting 4/4 shots, including two 3-point field goals. Wyatt scored 10 of the Knights 19 points in the quarter to lead 63-50 going into the final quarter. With a strong boisterous student section, the Knights finished the fourth quarter strong and sent the seniors, Jaret Denney, Randy Boone, Caleb Wyatt and Will Winer out in grand fashion with a 71-57 final victory on their home floor. The Knights will finish off the regular season Friday when they travel to Bluffton to try and improve on their 7-14 record.
