Southwood Boys Varsity continues win streak vs. the Northfield Norsemen with a mere 37-32 victory Friday night. The 21st win in a row did not come easy as both teams struggled to score, shooting 33 and 34% respectively. The Knights 3/11 shooting in the first quarter and the second, 6/22 for the half, lead to a slight 16-10 halftime advantage. The Norse made a run in the fourth quarter. Southwood had Northfield to 17 points through three quarters, but gave up 15 in the fourth to keep things interesting. The Knights finished the conference season at 2-7. Their first losing season since 2011-12. Knights host Eastbrook Tuesday night for senior night and finish up regular season Friday at Bluffton.
