In a thrilling matchup last evening, the Southwood High School 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team displayed an outstanding performance against Lewis Cass. The game kicked off with an impressive first quarter, where Southwood dominated with a score of 11 to 3. Bray Bassett set the tone early by sinking a three-pointer, while Dylan Hurst and Cade Pershing contributed multiple baskets, ensuring a solid lead. As the action unfolded, Cade Pershing continued to shine in the second quarter, nailing a significant 3-point shot and adding 5 more points to the scoreboard.
