The 7th Grade Knights opened their season against the North Miami Warriors on Thursday night. With strong defense and open shots the Knights led at the end the first quarter by 16 points. Grady Dillon grabbed a couple of big rebounds and added 2 of his 6 points to end the half with a 31 to 2 advantage. It was Cade Pershing that helped keep the game out of reach as he added 8 of his 11 points in the third quarter. The game ended with a final score of 55-6 as the Knights advance to a (1-0) start to the season. Bray Bassett led the team in scoring with 23 points and 5 assists. Dylan Hurst added 9 points in scoring and 3 steals in the win.
