Ava Stouffer continues to make her mark! The freshman standout captured 1st place in the Small School Race at the New Haven Invitational, finishing in 20:11.50. Winning an invitational race is a tremendous accomplishment, and Ava continues to show just how much she can compete at the front of the field! The Knights had another highlight with freshman Elli Simpson, who continues to lower her times by setting a new personal record of 28:10.80. Elli finished 99th overall in the field. Bentley Hawkins showed improvement as he stepped into the #3 position for the Knights, running a new PR of 25:03.80 and dropping over a minute from his previous best. Another big step forward for Bentley and a great example of the progress that comes from staying consistent and trusting the process.
