Lewis Cass jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the fifth inning after an error scored one run, and Toops singled, scoring two runs. Fitzhugh earned the win for Lewis Cass. The hurler surrendered five hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out seven and walking one. Sutphin took the loss for Southwood Varsity Knights.
