The Spring Lake Lakers traveled to Ludington tonight and lost 55-46. The home team Orioles came out of the gates the aggressor, running out to a 20-8 first quarter lead. Ludington would push that lead to 18 points in the second quarter, before settling for a 28-14 halftime lead. The Lakers flipped the script in the third quarter, out scoring Ludington 21-6 to take a 35-34 lead at the end of the third quarter. Trailing by 4 points with 30 seconds to play, the Lakers ran out of gas and the Orioles scored the last 5 points for the 55-46. victory. Ayden Ayers led Spring Lake with 15 points while Max Feltner and Jack Brown each scored 8 and John Westhoff added 7. Feltner grabbed 12 rebounds.
