Free Sports Physical Clinics The Noble County Health Department is offering free sports physicals for all student-athletes. This is an excellent opportunity to complete your physicals ahead of the season. Wednesday, July 16 Location: Shenandoah High School Time: 12:00 PM – 6:00 Appointments required Call 740-732-4958 to schedule Monday, July 21 Location: Noble County Health Department Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Appointments required Call 740-732-4958 to schedule Please ensure you bring the completed OHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (PPE) form and a signed parental consent form if the student is under 18.
