Scottsburg answered back at 138 pounds behind a dominant performance from James Logan Salkeld. Salkeld controlled the match from start to finish, earning a 17–0 technical fall to put the Warriors on the board and narrow the gap to 6–5. North Harrison regained momentum in the middle weights, picking up points through a combination of falls and forfeits from 144 through 175 pounds. Despite Scottsburg’s effort, the Cougars stretched their lead to 36–5 during that stretch. The Warriors showed resilience in the upper weights. Scottsburg closed the night strong with back-to-back forfeit victories from Beau Carter at 113 and Lucas Wimp at 120, adding valuable team points and finishing the meet with momentum.
