Scottsburg jumped out early, outscoring the Eagles 25–15 in the first quarter. The Warriors continued to widen the gap in the second, using pressure defense to spark transition chances and taking a 46–24 lead into halftime. Any hope of an Austin rally was shut down after the break, as Scottsburg won the third quarter 18–9 and finished strong in the fourth to seal the 35-point victory.
