Where Do Champions Come From?

168 Hours Every week gives you 168 hours. How are those hours spent? Take away: 56 hours for sleep 14 hours for eating 7 hours for personal care 20 hours for a summer job 14 hours for family and friends That still leaves 57 hours. The question isn't whether you have time. The question is what you choose to do with it. While some athletes spend those hours scrolling, sleeping in, or sitting on the couch, others are in the weight room, attending open gyms, improving their skills, and preparing for the season ahead. The difference between winning and losing next year may come down to how you spend a few of those 57 hours today. No one is asking for all 57, but can you spare seven hours a week to build a champion? Champions are not made during the season. They are made during the summer. Let's Rise Up United.
