Track & Field — Lincoln Invitational Goodman, Jones, Cole, and Brown Lead Phoenix in Finals at Lincoln Saginaw United Athletics Saginaw United turned in several top finals performances at the Lincoln Invitational, headlined by podium finishes from Jamarion Goodman, Blake Jones, and Ne'cori Brown, along with a strong relay showing across both programs. Jamarion Goodman placed 2nd in the 800-meter final, clocking a personal-best 1:57.00 — the top individual finish of the meet for the Phoenix. He also anchored the men's 4x800 relay, which placed 11th in 8:58.93. In the men's field events, Blake Jones placed 3rd in the high jump final, clearing 6'2". On the track, personal bests were posted by Andre Daniels (400m), Marquell Jones (400m), Jalill Sanders (800m), Brendon Sims (1600m), Kelldan Booker (1600m), and Daiyon Clark (300m hurdles). On the women's side, Nevaeh Cole placed 7th in the 60-meter final with a personal-best 8.37, and My'Kael Williams placed 4th in the high jump final at 5'0". Ne'cori Brown earned a podium finish in the long jump, placing 3rd with a personal-best 15'6". The women's relays were a bright spot as a group — the 4x800 placed 10th (14:53.52) with Paris Peoples, Madison Thornton, Aperriya Hall, Destiny C, the 4x200 placed 12th (1:54.92) Sariyah Akins, My’Kael Williams, Destiny C, Ne’cori Brown, and the 4x400 placed 14th (5:41.06) Janell Jones, Ahbreille Clayton, Olivia Guthridge, Malaiah Moore. Personal bests on the women's side also came from Sariyah Williams (400m), Kennedi Lyle (400m), Aperriya Hall (800m), Demya Baker (60m hurdles), MyLeana Gomez (shot put), Kamara Ramsey (shot put), and Samantha Ringold (shot put).
