The Plainfield Quakers turned in a dominant performance Friday night, defeating the Franklin Grizzlies 30–6 behind a balanced offensive attack and a relentless defense. Quarterback Bryce Sebanc and wide receiver Zander Nattam led the way through the air, connecting for three touchdowns on the night. Nattam finished with six receptions and three scores, continuing his standout season as Sebanc’s go-to target. On the ground, Luke Starnes powered the Plainfield offense with 135 rushing yards and a 37-yard touchdown, helping the Quakers control the tempo and wear down the Franklin defense. The Plainfield defense was equally impressive, holding Franklin to just one score and adding a safety early in the fourth quarter. Tyler Simek anchored the defensive effort with 12 tackles, while Mason Mantooth added 10 and Blake Larrison chipped in 9 as the Quakers swarmed to the ball all night. With the win, Plainfield improves to 6–1 overall and 4–1 in the Mid-State Conference, continuing its strong run through conference play. The Quakers will look to keep the momentum going when they travel to Whiteland Friday night for a 7 p.m. kickoff. *Photographs credited to BMW Portraits*
