Plainfield Tops Mooresville 35–14 Behind Nattam's 4 Touchdowns

The Plainfield Quakers defeated Mooresville Friday night with a 35–14 victory, fueled by 28 unanswered points in the Mid-State Conference matchup. Wide receiver Zander Nattam turned in a standout performance, hauling in four touchdown catches while racking up 140 receiving yards. Quarterback Bryce Sebanc was sharp under center, completing 21 of 35 passes for 236 yards and four scores. On the ground, Luke Starnes provided balance with 90 rushing yards, averaging 4.5 yards per carry. Defensively, Mason Manooth led the charge with 13 tackles, while Coen Vanderbush added 8 stops to help keep the Pioneers in check after the first quarter. With the win, Plainfield moves to 3-0 on the year and 1-0 in Mid-State action. The Quakers will be back in action Friday when they host Perry Meridian.
