Boys Soccer opened the season with an ultra-competitive match versus Hendricks County foe Brownsburg. The Quakers opened scoring with Emerson Jean scoring off a rebound in the 20th minute of play. Brownsburg answered that goal with a goal late in the first half to head to intermission tied 1-1. Brownsburg scored one more time in the contest to make the final 2-1 Brownsburg. The Quakers fought hard and had two excellent opportunities in the second half that didn't find the net. The boys are back in action Thursday as they open Mid-State play, hosting Whiteland.
