Portland High School

The Freshman Girls Volleyball traveled to Perry this past weekend to finish out their last invitational of the season. The girls brought home another Gold Championship! This team has won all 4 of their invitationals this season. What an accomplishment! Some players that stood out in the tournament were Maelyn Russman with 61 assists- always using her quick feet to get to the ball, Morgan Bos with 12 assists- being ready to set it up when the setter was not available, Ella Gross with 12 kills- successfully places her hits where they needed to be, and Kensley Sherwood having exceptional coverage with 22 digs/receives. Great work ladies!
