Portland High School

The Portland JV volleyball team hosted Laingsburg and battled through two competitive sets before falling 2-0. The Raiders dropped the opening set 25-18 before putting together a strong effort in the second set, ultimately falling 25-20. Mia McConnell led the Portland attack with 6 kills, while Kennedy Haid had a strong all-around night with a team-high 11 digs and 13 assists. Portland will look to build on the performance as the JV Raiders continue their season.
