SAME TEAM. SAME GOAL. A FRESH START. You have to see the BEFORE & AFTER! What started as an idea to give our wrestlers a space they could be proud of turned into an incredible community effort. The transformation of the Owosso Wrestling room is about so much more than fresh paint and new graphics—it’s about honoring our past, investing in our present, and building something for the future of Owosso Wrestling. 🤼 A HUGE thank you to the Owosso Sports Boosters for helping fund our new vinyl upholstery, matching frames for team photos dating back to 1982, and our new Wall of Champions! Thank you to the OHS Athletics for helping with our new Owosso Wrestling graphics and coordinating so many of the moving pieces that brought this project together. We are also incredibly grateful for everyone who supported our sponsorship and Snap Fundraiser efforts, especially Agnew's Sign Co., Emily at B62 Upholstery, Henry's Gutter Cleaning, Mr. Clark Bentley, Designs by Bean, Ms. Pam Kasik, Greg & Lou’s, and Weathervane Roofing. Your support helped us replace missing historical team photos, add our youth and current team displays, and purchase paint and materials used throughout the room. And a special thank you to our entire wrestling coaching staff and the Henry Family for the countless hours of brainstorming, painting, organizing, building, cleaning, problem-solving, and good old-fashioned hard work that happened behind the scenes. We aren't quite finished yet. Our final major goal is replacing our aging wrestling mat, but today, we want to celebrate just how far this room—and this program—has come. To EVERYONE who donated money, materials, time, talent, energy, or simply believed in this vision: THANK YOU. This is what happens when a community comes together for its kids. This is their room. This is their history. This is the home of Owosso Wrestling. SAME TEAM. SAME GOAL. A FRESH START. GO TROJANS!
