The girls traveled to The Captains Club to play against Brandon on Tuesday. The rain only lasted through their warm up and the sun came out as they finished with a victory! The girls shot a 220 to Brandon’s 246 bringing them to a record of 3-4 this season. Medalist for the day was Samantha Ross with a score of 42 with 5 pars. Ella Parker finished 4th overall with a 57. Emma Parker also scored for the Trojans shooting a 60. Leighton Sobak shot 61 with a par and freshman, Ella Watkins also shot 61 respectively in her first ever Varsity match. The girls left a few shots out there but continue to have some great shots and holes. Our goal is to be able to focus on those good moments and to remain positive and present in each new shot. Thursday, we travel to Swartz Creeks home course Holiday Meadows for a tri match against Creek and Clio.
