Trojans Boys Cross Country Race to 4th-Place Finish at Spartan Invitational

The Owosso Trojans Boys Cross Country team continued its strong start to the season with an impressive showing at the Spartan Invitational, finishing 4th overall in a field of 32 teams. Owosso was led by sophomore Leonidas Erfourth, who raced to a top-10 finish, placing 9th overall with a time of 16:47.9. Junior Brady Rappuhn was the next Trojan across the finish line, taking 19th place in 17:06.4. Freshman Spencer Sobak continued an impressive start to his high school career, finishing 24th overall with a time of 17:11.7. The trio gave Owosso three runners inside the top 25 and helped set the tone for the Trojans' fourth-place team finish. Junior Christian LeConte turned in a season-best performance, crossing the line in 66th place with a time of 18:18.6. Senior Kai Miller followed in 74th place at 18:34.7, while sophomore Graesyn Baley finished 78th in 18:38.8. Freshman Raymond Brabo placed 122nd with a time of 19:40.0, while sophomore Everett Little recorded a personal-best time of 20:00.9 to finish 149th. Freshman Ian Costello finished 163rd in 20:16.1, freshman Brayden Nicholson placed 185th in 20:51.8, and sophomore Max Nicholson rounded out the Trojan finishers in 190th place with a time of 20:58.0. With three runners among the top 24 and contributions throughout the lineup, the Trojans put together an outstanding team effort against a large field. The 4th-place finish among 32 teams at the Spartan Invitational adds another strong result to what has been an impressive start to the 2026 season for Owosso Boys Cross Country.
