The Trojans welcomed the Corunna Cavaliers to Owosso on Wednesday night and got to celebrate this year’s seniors as well for Senior night. This year’s seniors include: Chris Bagwell, Uriyah Buggs, Ryder Canfield, Porter Emerson Eli Fear, Isaac Jerry, Kai Miller, Aiden Paksi and, Stone Pierce. The Trojans opened the scoring in the first half off a corner kick headed in by none other than Isaac Jerry. Brady Rappuhn would follow with the Trojans second goal of the half putting the Trojans up 2-0 at half. The second half opened to more scoring from the Trojans with Sam Baade finding the net minutes after kickoff, followed up by a Ryder Canfield goal less than a minute later. Parker Livingston would score next, burying his chance from distance with Uriyah Buggs following up with another goal a minute later putting the score at 6-0. The Seniors would end the game early tonight With Ryder Canfield scoring the next two goals to seal the win for the Trojans in the 65th minute at 8-0. On the night, assists on goals came in bunches, with Stone Pierce, Leo Erfourth both notching multiple assists (3 & 2, respectively) in addition to assists from Alex Gallo, Brady Rappuhn and Uriyah Buggs. Dexter Walker was captain for the night making a surprise honorary appearance for the Trojans and giving both a pre-game and halftime talk. The win puts the Trojans at 8-0 on the season and 3-0 in FML play heading into their matchup at Fenton next week Monday with a follow up game on Wednesday against Clio.
