The Trojans Soccer team hit the road for a Monday contest at the Dragons’ lair in Swartz Creek on Monday night looking for their first win of the Flint Metro League season. Senior, Ryder Canfield would score the first blow off a cross in from fellow Senior, Kai Miller, putting the Trojans up 1-0, a score that would hold through halftime. Both teams would battle it out, but the fire would be all Trojans tonight when Senior, Stone Pierce would get his head off a corner sent in from Sophomore, Leonidas Erfourth, making the score 2-0 with the game minutes quickly winding down. That score would be the last of the game and seal the win for the Trojans and giving them their first FML win on the season, and 6th game in a row putting their overall record at 6-0. The Trojans return to action on Wednesday night against the Bronchos or Holly with a Thursday game against Stockbridge at their home before the holiday weekend. (Pictures by Voula Erfourth)
