Oak Hill High School

The Oak Hill Lady Eagles Varsity basketball team defeated the Panthers of Elwood yesterday evening 48-8. Elwood came in averaging 43 points a game, but the Lady Eagle's defense held Elwood to a single point the entire first half. The team combined for 11 assists. Lydia Trexler led the Eagles in scoring with 10 points followed by Alexa Myers (9) and Landri Hardman (8). Erika Newhouse had 5 rebounds. The Eagles are now 2-0 in conference and move to 7-1 on the season. They will host Western tonight. JV starts at 6pm followed by Varsity.
