Oak Hill High School

The Golden Eagles traveled to Blackford and beat the Bruins in convincing fashion Friday night, 52-6. Offensively, Oak Hill was paced on the ground by Lance Wyrick (Sr) and Dylan Archer (So), each picking up 108 and 100 yards on the ground respectively. Sophomore Quarterback Jett Ott completed 4 passes for 104 yards and two scores. Dylan Archer led the team in scoring with 4 total TD's, and Beckham Lamb (Jr), Lance Wyrick, and Jessie Zwirn (Fr) all contributed scores as well. Defensively, Gabe Arthur (Sr) led the way with 9 total tackles, 2 of them for loss. Cornerbacks Trenner Bowell (Jr) and Drake Pond (Jr) each had an interception. The Golden Eagles will be back in action this Friday a 7pm on the road at Elwood.
