Oak Hill Varsity Golden Eagles baseball defeat Frankton 3-0 to start conference play. The Golden Eagles pitching staff carried the Eagles through to victory pitching a combined complete game shutout. Ayden Pearce got the win on the mound going 5 innings giving up 0 runs on 4 hits, 7 K's, 4BB, and 1 HBP. Ethan Nall gets the save finishing the last 2 innings of the game giving up 0 runs on 1 hit, 2 K's, 1 BB, 1 HBP. Offensively, the Golden Eagles struggled to make an adjustment at the plate but were able to rattle off 3 runs thanks in part to Kyler Thompson (1-2, 2B, 2 RBI) who was able to drive in 2 of the 3 runs.
