The Lady Golden Eagles looked good tonight in their win over the Marion Giants. They took first place in all but one event. The team ended up with 15 season best swims. We had some new faces in several races and I was very happy with the effort and willingness to try new events. The team is showing a lot of maturity for how young and new they are. That is something they should take a lot of pride in. One of the big stories tonight came from Karsyn Cole. She dropped a whopping 13 seconds in her 500 and broke the 7 minute barrier for the first time with a time of 6:54.52.
