JV Game Recap – Oak Hill Eagles vs. Maconaquah Braves

The Oak Hill JV Eagles came out on fire, dominating the first quarter with a 16–4 lead over the Maconaquah Braves. Their energy, teamwork, and confidence set the tone early, putting the Eagles in control from the opening tip. As the game progressed, the Braves tightened things up, and the score narrowed to just a few points after halftime. Despite the momentum shift, the Eagles stayed composed, stayed connected, and played a united brand of basketball to secure the win. Oak Hill battled hard on the boards, pulling down 11 offensive rebounds compared to the Braves’ 7, giving themselves valuable second-chance opportunities throughout the night. Player Highlights: • Hadleigh Bricker led the Eagles with 12 points, providing steady offense and key buckets. • Lily Johnson delivered an outstanding defensive performance, taking on tough Maconaquah matchups and holding her own with grit and discipline.
