PANTHER FRESHMAN ABRAM FETTIG RACES TO A TOP-10 NOUVEL TIME: The Nouvel Panthers may have been small in numbers at today’s Saginaw Cross-Country Championships, but they were mighty in impact. In addition to Claire Long setting the new Nouvel girls’ cross-country record (see earlier post), Panther freshman Abram Fettig etched his name on the list of Nouvel's Top Ten fastest cross-country times. His 17:29 time is impressive by any standard, but even more so for a first-year varsity runner. Abram finished 25th overall in the county championships and also set a personal record.
